Starting anew to be back on track

As of this Friday, that's what I'll be doing. I've done pretty poorly at... well everything. But on Friday I am signing up for a gym in the area that offers zumba classes and other dancing exercise classes. I'll also be able to take pilates and yoga, plus have access to a pool for water aerobics and general water related stuff. So this is good. This will help me, I think.
