Hey a post!

Well no picture today. Going to try and get one tomorrow or Tuesday. MUST. REMEMBER. But hey, I remembered to put up a new post this week!
Things are going well. I am sore right now. I've been to the gym the last three days religiously. I considered *not* going on Friday, but then my brain kicked in and was like "Nope. Need to go." Plus I was meeting Alida so we could workout then have dinner at the gym.
Last night was UAC's Community Event and we went. Got there a little after 6pm and we left close to 9pm. Lots of weights, so I was already feeling the burn, then we participated in the 30 minute cardio sampler. OMG it was insane. I've done Zumba, obviously, since I've talked about it here, but we got to sample BodyJam and Jazzercise as well. I am up in the air about Jazzercise, but I definitely want to start incorporating BodyJam into my workout as well. It was INSANE.
Then we were treated to a sample of the GetFit program. One of them I might look into. Perhaps two of them. There is one with these straps that still worked the muscles for squatting/biceps/chest that standard squatting, pushups and the like can do, but less pressure on certain pressure points and joints than the standard is. And you determine how difficult it is by how you stand. The other involved a full body workout and one of the "apparatus" used are kettle balls. So I may need to look into the GetFit program. Depends on the cost.
Once again ate dinner at the club. Apple Walnut Cherry Salad with some deviled eggs and one of their workout shakes. I did try a gluten free fruit bar. Wayyy too sweet, even for me.
If I could afford it, I would do that often. Go and workout then grab a salad or a wrap with a shake before heading home. As it is, slept wonderfully even if I had strange dreams, but am delightfully sore today and glad that it's my off day. Depending on how things workout, I may end up doing the Monday-Saturday workout schedule if I can't do the Sunday-Friday one.
