Starting my resolution of posting to this blog at least once a week. I'd like to post more than that, but we'll see. At least with the once a week, I will also keep to the other resolution of taking a picture of myself each week to keep myself accountable.
I don't know how soon I will get back to the gym steadily. Monday I have a doctor's appointment to take a look at the plantar's warts (at least I think/hope they are) on the bottom of my foot. I am tempted to tell the doctor to just cut the things out. I think I'd rather deal with the temporary pain of recovery then deal with the possibility that they will grow back and cause me to go back to the doctor yet again and interrupt my workout regime again.
I also need to plan some meals from my weight watchers cookbook so I can plan some healthy meals so I can get on the right track with THAT part of my resolution.
