Getting back into it
Last week I didn’t get to the gym at all, except one day for an appointment, but otherwise I didn’t workout. Today I am making myself go back. I am definitely in a “Man, I really don’t want to go” frame of mind, but I know that is because I didn’t workout at all last week. I know that all this week and potentially the few days I can go next week, are going to be hard because I’ll have to make myself go and get back into the swing of things. I can’t let up now. So zumba tonight. I’d like to try other classes, but maybe I’ll see about doing something like body jam, which is… I think dancing with weights or circuits to music. Something like that. I know that tomorrow is also body flow.
